Hello, my name is Jennifer Atteberry-Pierpont and I have been teaching Early Childhood Education at CDO for 12 years. I am a graduate of both CDO and The University of Arizona with a bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education. My husband Eric (also a CDO grad!) and I love Tucson and can't imagine raising our two children anywhere else. Our children currently attend CDO Preschool and Harelson Elementary as they grow on their path to becoming Dorados in their high school years!
CDO's Early Childhood Education program has a long standing tradition of excellence within both the high school and preschool program. The high school students have competed in various competitive early childhood events in FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) and taken top honors at both the state and national levels. CDO Preschool has earned a 5 Star rating from Arizona's First Things First, Quality First program.
In addition to teaching the Early Childhood Education program I am also the CDO Preschool Director and the Career and Technical Education Department Head.
